Job summary
Quirk Ford in Quincy, MA, seeks a motivated Mobile Service Technician to travel in a company-provided van to customer homes and workplaces, performing routine maintenance, basic repairs, and recall services with a focus on exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate has automotive service experience; a B-Level technician or higher is preferred, and ASE/Ford certifications are a plus.

- Experience providing automotive services in a mobile or shop setting.
- B-Level technician or higher is preferred.
- ASE/Ford certifications are preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and recall services in a mobile environment.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent Quirk Ford professionally.
- Manage daily appointments and communicate with dealership teams.
- Accurately document completed work.
- Stay current on Ford training and technical updates.
- Safely operate and maintain a company vehicle.
