The candidate should be independent with a strong service technician background. B-level qualifications and ASE certifications are preferred but not required. Excellent time management and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• B-level or higher qualifications preferred
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Requires valid driver license
• ASE/Manufacturer certifications—Ford certifications desirable
• Service technician experience preferred
• Strong use of tablets and similar devices
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty
• Engage with many customers daily and represent the dealership
• Organize and prepare for the day's appointments and manage time effectively
• Perform vehicle repairs and/or maintenance as outlined on repair orders
• Communicate with Mobile Service Coordinator, Parts Department and Dealer Management
• Accurately document vehicle repairs/work performed on the repair order
• Stay informed of Ford technical bulletins and complete required training
• Able to work occasionally in challenging weather conditions
• Able to drive and maintain a company vehicle responsibly
• Take pride in the role and contribute to growing the business
