Job summary

Safelite is seeking an Auto Glass Technician in Florida to perform repairs, replacements, and recalibrations for Safelite Shop and Mobile Glass Shop customers. You will leverage Safelite training and industry-leading tools to deliver high-quality service while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent is preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license required to operate company vehicle.
• Safelite SafeTech certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide glass repair and replacement at Safelite Shop or Mobile Shop with focus on safety and customer service.
• Perform recalibrations and diagnostic testing of automotive safety systems.
• Operate Safelite tools and technologies, and manage customer administration systems.
• Communicate with customers in-person, via text, and by phone; promote products and services.
• Maintain professional appearance and comply with policies; perform other duties as assigned.
