Job summary

Safelite is hiring an Auto Glass Technician to repair and replace vehicle glass both in-shop and on-site with our Mobile Glass Shop. You’ll recalibrate safety systems, troubleshoot, and use Safelite’s tools and technology to deliver high‑quality work.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, a Safelite SafeTech certification, and a strong commitment to safety and customer satisfaction. Training and tools are provided.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required to operate company vehicle.
• Safelite SafeTech certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide glass repair and replacement at shop or Mobile Glass Shop with focus on safety and customer service.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostic testing.
• Operate Safelite tools and technologies (True Seal, Ezi-Wire, GTS, chemicals).
• Safely operate company and customer vehicles during the day.
• Communicate with customers in person, text, and phone; promote Safelite services.
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with policies.
