Safelite is seeking an Auto Glass Technician to perform repairs, replacements, and recalibrations both in shop and on-the-go with our Mobile Glass Shop offerings. You will use cutting-edge tools to deliver safe, high‑quality service and engage customers professionally.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent preferred.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license to operate a company vehicle.
• Safelite SafeTech certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide all vehicle glass repair and replacement services at a Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop; focus on safety, quality and customer service.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems; perform diagnostic testing.
• Operate Safelite tools and technologies (True Seal, Ezi-Wire, GTS, and related systems).
• Safely operate company and customer vehicles; comply with safety policies.
• Communicate with customers in person, text, and phone; promote Safelite items and services.
• Perform other duties as assigned and ensure compliance with policies.
