Job summary

Safelite is seeking an Auto Glass Technician to perform repairs, replacements and recalibrations at Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop. You will apply Safelite training and advanced tools to deliver safe, high‑quality service for customers on the go.

You will operate True Seal, Ezi‑Wire and GTS systems, perform recalibrations, lift vehicles and equipment, and communicate with customers while upholding Safelite standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license required to operate a company vehicle.
• Safelite SafeTech certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide all vehicle glass repair and replacement services at a Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop, focusing on safety and customer service.
• Recalibrating automotive safety systems and performing diagnostic testing.
• Operate Safelite tools and technologies (True Seal, Ezi‑Wire, GTS).
• Safely operate company and customer vehicles throughout the workday.
• Communicate with customers in-person, by text, and by phone; promote Safelite services.
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with policies.
