Job summary

Safelite in Bend, Oregon is seeking an Auto Glass Technician for a mobile role. You will perform glass repairs and replacements at Safelite Shop or on-site in customers' locations, ensuring safety, quality and top-tier service.

Training leads to higher pay and certification, while you contribute to a growing mobile team. Expect to recalibrate automotive safety systems, use Safelite tools, and communicate with customers via in-person and digital channels.

Qualifications

• Safelite SafeTech certification required.
• Driver's license required to operate a company vehicle.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide all vehicle glass repair and replacement services at a Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop, focusing on safety, quality and customer service; clean customer vehicles after every job.
• Recalibrating automotive safety systems, including troubleshooting and diagnostic testing.
• Proficiently operate Safelite tools and technologies (True Seal, Ezi-Wire, GTS, chemicals, MRM).
• Safely operate company and customer vehicles throughout the workday.
• Communicate with customers in person, text, and on the phone; present and promote Safelite products and services.
• Performs other duties as assigned; comply with policies and standards.
