Protech Automotive Solutions is seeking a Mobile Diagnostic Technician to apply technical knowledge, assist customers and support Autel scanning units. The role involves answering calls, resolving scanning procedure questions, and researching vehicle tech issues.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Diagnostic technician.
• I-CAR & ASE certifications preferred.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Apply technical knowledge to assist customers and support Autel scanning unit.
• Answer inbound/outbound calls in support of Autel scanning procedures.
• Research, explain and resolve technology issues on vehicles.
