Job summary

Protech Automotive Solutions is seeking a Mobile Diagnostic Technician to perform diagnostic duties and assist customers with Autel scanning procedures. The role involves answering calls, explaining technical details, and researching vehicle issues to provide resolutions.

Qualifications include 2+ years as a diagnostic technician with I-CAR and ASE certifications preferred, and must have or obtain necessary tools. Pre-employment screenings apply.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of prior experience as a Diagnostic technician required; I-CAR & ASE certifications preferred
• Must currently have or be willing to obtain proper tools to successfully complete job duties as assigned
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background checks

Responsibilities

• Perform all-purpose duties as a Mobile Diagnostic Technician
• Assist customers and answer inbound/outbound calls in support of the Autel scanning unit
• Explain and resolve vehicle technology issues related to Autel scanning procedures
• Conduct research to understand and resolve technical vehicle issues
