Job summary

Protech Automotive Solutions has an immediate opening for a Mobile Diagnostic Technician to perform all-purpose duties, applying technical knowledge to assist customers and support the Autel scanning unit.

You will answer technical questions, conduct research to understand and resolve vehicle issues, and collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment while pursuing industry certifications.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of prior diagnostic technician experience.
• I-CAR & ASE certifications preferred.
• Must have or be willing to obtain proper tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide mobile diagnostic support and assist customers with Autel scanning unit usage.
• Answer inbound and outbound calls related to scanning procedures and tech questions.
• Research, explain, and resolve vehicle technology issues.
• Meet pre-employment screenings and background requirements.
