Qualifications

• 2+ years of diagnostic technician experience.
• I-CAR and ASE certifications preferred.
• Must own or be willing to obtain proper tools.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings including background checks.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic duties and assist customers with vehicle issues.
• Answer inbound and outbound calls to support Autel scanning unit operations.
• Research, explain, and resolve technology issues on vehicles.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards.
