Job Overview

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store, are vital members of the Retail Team, responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They create energy and excitement around our products and services, excel in building customer relationships, and meet sales and service goals.

Job Responsibilities

• Engage proactively with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, using digital tools to educate and showcase T-Mobile solutions.
• Leverage self-serve tools and identify customer needs to recommend appropriate products and services, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Complete training on products, systems, and store procedures; perform store opening/closing duties securely; share knowledge and best practices with team members.
• Provide exceptional customer service, build rapport, follow up, gather referrals, and manage sales processes including price overrides when necessary.
• Support the customer experience from account setup to device support and servicing, collaborating with nearby store teams.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience, retail preferred
• Ability to connect with customers, work in a team, and succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation & Benefits

Starting hourly pay is $17.50, with on-the-job training and incentives. After training, eligible for annual incentives of up to $18,000/year. All employees earn at least $20/hour including incentives. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), stock grants, paid time off, holidays, parental leave, tuition assistance, and discounts.
