Job Overview

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are essential members of the Retail Team, responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They create energy and excitement around our products and services, build relationships with customers, and thrive in a high-traffic environment where technology and customer needs are constantly evolving. They excel at educating, demonstrating, and recommending solutions to deepen customer relationships and meet performance targets.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Engage proactively with customers in a retail environment, using digital tools to educate and showcase T-Mobile solutions.
  2. Leverage digital self-serve tools during customer interactions, identify needs, and recommend appropriate wireless solutions, including onboarding and app utilization.
  3. Complete training on in-store experience, products, systems, and procedures; review personal results and current promotions regularly to stay customer-ready.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service by connecting personally, building rapport, and exceeding expectations. Follow up with customers, manage referrals, and perform price overrides when necessary.
  5. Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account setup to device support.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail preferred (Required)
  • Passion for customer satisfaction and ability to balance experience with performance goals (Required)
  • Desire to be part of a dynamic team, learn, and share best practices (Required)
  • Competitive drive and confidence in a fast-paced sales environment (Required)

Hourly Pay: $17.50, with incentives and potential promotion to Mobile Expert, earning up to $20/hour including incentives. Employees are also eligible for annual stock grants.
