Job Overview

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store, are vital members of the Retail Team, responsible for representing the T-Mobile brand within National Sales partner locations. They engage actively with customers, create excitement around our products, and thrive in a dynamic, high-traffic environment. They build relationships through meaningful interactions, identify customer needs, and recommend solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and meet sales targets.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Engage proactively with customers, using digital tools and effective communication to educate and demonstrate T-Mobile solutions.
  2. Leverage digital self-serve tools during customer interactions, identify needs, and use solution-based selling techniques to promote products and services.
  3. Complete training on store experience, products, and systems; continuously improve skills; and support store operations including opening, closing, and security procedures.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service, build rapport, and foster loyalty. Follow up with customers, manage referrals, and perform price overrides when necessary.
  5. Collaborate with store leadership and teams to support the customer experience from setup to support and account management.
Education and Work Experience
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Customer-focused attitude with the ability to connect and have fun with customers.
  • Team-oriented mindset, willing to learn and share best practices.
  • Competitive drive and confidence in sales in a fast-paced environment.
Licenses and Certifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Hourly Base Pay: $16.50, with potential incentives and promotion opportunities. All employees are guaranteed at least $20/hour including incentives and are eligible for stock grants.
