Job Overview

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are an integral part of the Retail Team responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations, where active customer engagement is crucial for success. They are ambassadors who create energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a high-traffic environment, are passionate about the connected world, and excel at building relationships with customers through meaningful interactions.

Job Responsibilities

1. Proactively engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, using digital tools to educate and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions.
2. Leverage digital self-serve tools during customer interactions, identify customer needs, and recommend solutions to deepen relationships and ensure satisfaction.
3. Complete training on store experience, new skills, products, and systems. Continuously improve skills to provide excellent customer service.
4. Build rapport and trust with customers, proactively follow up, manage referrals, and perform price overrides for special offers.
5. Collaborate with nearby store locations to support customer onboarding and support processes.

Education and Work Experience

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail preferred
