Job Overview

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store, are key members of the Retail Team, responsible for representing the T-Mobile brand within National Sales partner locations. They engage actively with customers, create excitement around our products and services, and thrive in high-traffic environments. They excel at building relationships by understanding customer needs and recommending solutions, consistently exceeding performance targets through excellent sales and customer service.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Customer Engagement: Interact proactively with customers in busy retail settings, using digital tools to educate and demonstrate the value of T-Mobile solutions.
  2. Solution Selling: Leverage self-serve tools, identify customer needs, and recommend appropriate wireless solutions, including onboarding via the T-Mobile app.
  3. Training and Knowledge: Complete training on products, systems, and store procedures. Maintain knowledge of current promotions and store operations, including security and asset management.
  4. Customer Service: Connect on a personal level, build rapport, and provide exceptional service. Follow up with customers, manage referrals, and support sales activities like price overrides.
  5. Relationship Building: Collaborate with store leadership and teams to support the customer experience from setup to support and account servicing.
Education and Work Experience
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail preferred (Required)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication skills (Required)
  • Team player willing to learn and share best practices (Required)
  • Competitive and confident in a sales environment (Required)
Licenses and Certifications
  • At least 18 years old
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
