Job Overview

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are an integral part of the Retail Team responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations, where active customer engagement is crucial for success. They are ambassadors who create energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a high-traffic environment, continuously evolving with technology innovations, customer needs, and the Retail experience. Mobile Associates excel at building relationships with customers through meaningful interactions, identifying needs, and recommending solutions to exceed performance targets by providing exceptional customer experiences and meeting quality of sale metrics.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Proactively engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, using digital tools to educate and showcase T-Mobile solutions.
  2. Leverage digital self-serve tools during customer interactions, identify needs, and demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services through solution-based selling.
  3. Complete training on in-store experience, products, and systems, and continuously improve skills to enhance customer experience. Partner with nearby stores for customer onboarding and perform store operations including opening, closing, and securing assets.
  4. Provide passionate, friendly, and engaging customer service, building rapport and loyalty. Follow up with customers, manage referrals, and perform price overrides for specific offers.
  5. Build relationships with leadership and teams to support the customer journey from account setup to support and servicing.
Education and Work Experience
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail preferred (Required)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Licenses and Certifications
  • At least 18 years old
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Additional Details

Hourly pay starts at $19.00, with training and incentive opportunities. Full-time employees are guaranteed a minimum of $20/hour including incentives, plus eligibility for annual stock grants.
