Job Overview

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store, are vital members of the Retail Team, responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They engage actively with customers, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in high-traffic environments, are passionate about the connected world, and excel at building relationships through meaningful interactions, educating customers, and recommending solutions.

Job Responsibilities

1. Engage proactively with customers in a busy retail setting, using digital tools and effective communication to showcase T-Mobile solutions.
2. Utilize digital self-serve tools during customer interactions, identify needs, and demonstrate the value of our products and services, including onboarding and app utilization.
3. Complete training on store experience, new products, systems, and procedures; review personal results and promotions regularly to stay customer-ready.
4. Build rapport and trust with customers, provide exceptional service, and proactively follow up to foster loyalty and drive sales.
5. Collaborate with nearby stores and support teams to enhance the customer experience from setup to support and service.

Education and Work Experience

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• Minimum 6 months of customer service or sales experience; retail experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Passion for customer satisfaction and ability to balance experience with performance goals.
• Team-oriented mindset willing to learn and share best practices.
• Competitive drive and confidence in a fast-paced sales environment.

Licenses and Certifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Additional Details

Hourly pay starts at $17.50, with potential incentives and promotion opportunities. Full-time employees are guaranteed at least $20/hour including incentives.
