Job Overview

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store, are vital members of the Retail Team, responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They engage actively with customers, create excitement around our products, and thrive in a high-traffic environment. They excel at building relationships, identifying customer needs, and recommending solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and exceed performance targets.

Job Responsibilities

1. Engage proactively with customers in a retail environment, using digital tools to educate and showcase T-Mobile solutions.
2. Leverage digital self-serve tools, identify customer needs, and demonstrate the value of products and services through solution-based selling.
3. Complete training on in-store experience, products, and systems; review personal results and promotions to stay customer-ready.
4. Build rapport with customers, provide exceptional service, and follow up to foster loyalty and drive sales.
5. Collaborate with nearby store locations to support customer onboarding and store operations, including opening/closing procedures and security.

Education and Work Experience

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Passion for customer satisfaction and effective communication skills
• Teamwork and willingness to learn and share best practices
• Competitive sales drive and confidence in a fast-paced environment

Licenses and Certifications

• At least 18 years old
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
