Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate (Store-in-Store) in Florida to engage customers in a high-traffic retail setting, educate them on T-Mobile solutions, and help them choose wireless plans and devices.

You will complete training, leverage digital tools, and aim to deliver exceptional service while achieving sales targets. Base pay starts at $18/hour with $5 training pay, within 90 days potential for incentives and stock grants.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, using digital tools to educate and demonstrate the value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Identify customer needs and apply solution-based selling to showcase products and services.
• Complete in-store training and stay customer-ready, coordinating with nearby stores for onboarding.
• Be customer-obsessed, build rapport, follow up, capture referrals, and manage Be Back processes.
• Build relationships with local leadership to support the customer experience from account setup to device support and servicing.
