Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring Mobile Associates to join the Retail Team within National Sales partner locations. You’ll engage customers, educate on solutions, and drive sales in a high-traffic environment.

Training and onboarding support ensure you stay current with products and processes, while you build relationships with nearby teams to enhance the customer experience. Base hourly pay starts at $18.00 plus $5 training pay, with guaranteed progression and annual stock grants.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred. (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment and educates customers on T-Mobile solutions.
• Uses digital self-serve tools during interactions, identifies needs, and demonstrates value of products and services.
• Completes training on in-store experience, reviews promotions, and supports onboarding of customers.
• Builds relationships with nearby leadership to support the customer experience from setup to device servicing.
