Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. seeks a Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store to engage customers in a high-traffic retail setting, educate them on products and services, and demonstrate the value of our wireless solutions.

You will leverage digital tools to tailor recommendations and build strong relationships with customers. You will undergo comprehensive training, stay up-to-date with promotions, and collaborate with nearby stores to onboard customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educating customers and showcasing the value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Use digital self-serve tools during interactions and onboarding; identify customer needs and demonstrate solutions.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; review promotions and stay customer-ready at all times.
• Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support customer experience from setup to device support.
