This is a learning role with formal training and opportunities to move into the Mobile Expert level. Compensation includes hourly base pay with training pay during the ramp period, quarterly incentives, and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service and demonstrations to help customers.
• Learn and use digital tools; explain network benefits and products to customers.
• Build relationships with customers and assist in turning leads into sales.
