Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical knowledge and aptitude; experience with testing/repair tools.
• Experience repairing and diagnosing home appliances preferred.
• Good reading comprehension and ability to follow written instructions.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 100%.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a variety of home appliances at customers' homes daily.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and value-added solutions.
• Keep company truck well-maintained and organized; manage parts efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
