Job summary

Sears Home Services - In Home is seeking an Appliance and Refrigeration Repair Technician to diagnose and repair major home appliances across residential locations. You will travel to customer homes daily, provide value-added solutions, and maintain equipment and parts for efficient service delivery.

Excellent customer experience, mechanical aptitude, and ability to work a flexible schedule are essential. The role offers on-site work with company-provided tools and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification.
• Mechanical knowledge and aptitude, including use of testing & repair tools.
• Experience repairing and diagnosing appliances preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and apply written technical text.

Responsibilities

• Drive to multiple customers’ homes daily to diagnose and repair appliances (refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, microwaves).
• Deliver excellent customer experience.
• Provide customers with value-added solutions for a cleaner, more comfortable home.
• Keep company truck well-maintained and organized; manage parts efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
