Job summary

Sears Home Services is hiring an Appliance and Refrigeration Repair Technician to diagnose and repair a range of appliances at customers' homes across California. You will travel daily, ensure high-quality workmanship, and deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification is required.
• Mechanical knowledge and aptitude with testing and repair tools.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing a variety of home appliances.
• Able to travel up to 100% and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Able to work variable hours including overtime.
• Proficient in reading and applying technical instructions in English.
• Strong communication skills in verbal and written English.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a variety of home appliances at customers' homes.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and exceed expectations.
• Provide value-added solutions to improve home cleanliness and comfort.
• Keep the company truck well-maintained and parts organized, and manage inventory.
