Sears Home Services is seeking an Appliance and Refrigeration Repair Technician to diagnose and repair a range of home appliances in customers' homes, traveling to multiple sites each day to deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification required.
• Mechanical knowledge and aptitude; able to use testing and repair tools.
• Experience repairing and diagnosing a variety of home appliances preferred.
• Ability to follow directions and processes for quality workmanship.
• Ability to use smartphone for part ordering.
• Ability to pass background and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license for the states you work in.
• Ability to travel up to 100%.
• Ability to work variable and flexible hours, including overtime.
• Strong reading comprehension for technical material.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a variety of home appliances in customers' homes.
• Drive to multiple customer locations daily and maintain quality/efficiency.
