Job summary

Sears Home Services is seeking an Appliance and Refrigeration Repair Technician to travel to customer homes in the Kansas/Olathe area. You will diagnose and repair refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and microwaves while delivering top-tier customer service.

The role offers a strong hourly base ($18–$30) depending on experience and location, plus comprehensive benefits, a 401(k) plan with company match, and ongoing training. A valid EPA certification and high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use testing/repair tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive to customer homes daily to diagnose and repair a range of appliances.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Provide value-added solutions to improve home cleanliness and comfort.
• Maintain an organized company truck and manage parts efficiently.
