Job summary

Sears Home Services in Wisconsin is seeking an Appliance and Refrigeration Repair Technician to diagnose and repair refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers and microwaves in customers' homes.

You will travel daily, earn $18–$30 per hour, receive medical/dental/vision benefits, a 401(k) match, paid training, and opportunities for career advancement with hands-on mentoring and provided tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification preferred.
• Mechanical knowledge and aptitude with testing and repair tools.
• Experience repairing and diagnosing home appliances preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and apply written technical text.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 100%.

Responsibilities

• Drive to customers' homes to diagnose and repair appliances (refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, microwaves).
• Deliver excellent customer experience consistently.
• Provide value-added solutions to make homes cleaner and more comfortable.
• Keep company truck maintained and organized; manage parts efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
