The Miele Group in Austin, TX is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose, repair and install Miele Professional appliances on-site. You will travel to customer locations, provide preventive maintenance and uphold service excellence policies.

Responsibilities include installation validation, documenting service calls, maintaining inventory, mentoring teammates, and supporting technical documentation. A valid driver's license and strong communication are required.

Qualificações

• Up to 75% overnight travel possible.
• A valid driver's license.
• Strong understanding of basic plumbing and electromechanical skills recommended.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend instructions in English.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Pre-employment screening including drug screen, background investigation and credit check.
• Must be a team player with excellent communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair Miele Professional Appliances on-site.
• Provide installation and validation support of Professional products.
• Provide and support preventative maintenance tasks on all Professional products.
• Organize, maintain and upkeep of company assets including vehicle and tools.
• Complete service call, validation and installation documentation accurately and timely.
• Maintain parts inventory and order replacements as needed.
• Assist other Field Service Representatives and mentor teammates.
• Assist in display/trade show setups and support as assigned.
• Support Technical Support with telephone assistance as needed.
• Contribute to improvement of technical documentation and resources.
• Promote teamwork and a positive work environment.
