Miele is seeking an Appliance Repair Technician in the Miami, FL area to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair premium domestic appliances at customer locations. You will travel locally, use factory manuals, and educate customers on proper use of equipment.

Qualifications

• A valid driver\'s license.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical skills.
• Good computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to apply concepts of basic math.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend instructions in English.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Team player with professional demeanor.
• Self-motivated, customer-oriented with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair Miele equipment using factory training and service manuals.
• Level and adjust equipment to include plumbing, gas and electrical connections.
• Install and instruct customers on the proper use of equipment.
• Maintain organization and upkeep of company vehicle and tools.
• Complete service calls and warranty documentation accurately and timely.
• Maintain required parts inventory and conduct inventories as needed.
• Keep the delivery truck safe and in good working order.
