Job summary

Miele USA is seeking a customer-focused Appliance Repair Technician to represent our premium brand in the Miami, FL area. You will diagnose, troubleshoot and repair domestic premium appliances at customer locations.

In this field-based role, you will travel locally, level and adjust equipment, install and instruct customers on proper use, maintain the company vehicle and parts inventory, and complete warranty documentation accurately.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Level and adjust equipment including plumbing, gas, and electrical connections.
• Install and instruct customers on proper use of equipment.
• Maintain company vehicle and tools.
• Complete service calls and warranty documentation accurately.
• Manage parts inventory and order replacements as needed.
• Keep delivery vehicle safe and in good condition.
