Miele is seeking an Appliance Repair Technician to represent our premium brand at customer locations across the United States. You will diagnose, troubleshoot and repair domestic premium appliances, travel daily, and ensure accurate warranty documentation and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, basic plumbing and electrical knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Strong communication and team collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 100% local daily travel required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Basic plumbing and electrical skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair Miele equipment.
• Level and adjust equipment including plumbing, gas and electrical connections.
• Install and instruct customers on proper use of equipment.
• Maintain vehicle, tools and parts inventory.
• Complete warranty documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain required parts inventory by ordering replacement parts as necessary.
• Keep delivery vehicle in safe and working order.
