Job summary

Sears Home Services in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an Appliance and Refrigeration Repair Technician to diagnose and repair refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers and microwaves at customers' homes. You will travel daily, deliver high-quality service, and contribute to a strong customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• EPA Type I or EPA Universal certification required
• Mechanical knowledge and aptitude with testing & repair tools
• Experience diagnosing and repairing home appliances preferred
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and safety procedures
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 100%

Responsibilities

• Drive to multiple customer homes daily to diagnose and repair appliances (refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, microwaves)
• Deliver excellent customer experience
• Provide value-added solutions to improve home comfort and safety
• Keep company vehicle organized and manage parts efficiently
• Perform other duties as assigned
