Job summary

Automotive Technology Experts (ATE) is seeking a mobile Field Technician to deliver high‑quality diagnostic, programming, and calibration services at Crash Champions locations. You will travel daily in a company vehicle, perform diagnostics and calibrations, and ensure OEM compliance with thorough documentation.

The role requires strong ADAS knowledge, electrical diagnostics, and a commitment to safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years automotive experience servicing and diagnosing a wide range of vehicle systems.
• Strong working knowledge of ADAS and electrical services, including calibrations (levels 1–3).
• Proficient with electrical diagnostic equipment such as multimeters, power probes, and resistors.
• Ability to program vehicle modules using factory or approved non-factory software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast and accurate diagnostic and calibration services.
• Travel daily to service locations in a company-provided vehicle.
• Document services per OEM guidelines and obtain approvals prior to execution.
• Conduct test drives to verify system functionality and confirm successful repair outcomes.
• Provide excellent customer service with clear communications and escalation when needed.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions as assigned.
• Maintain and secure ATE-issued tools, equipment, and vehicles.
• Stay current on ATE and OEM protocols through required training.
• Complete final billing per MCP guidelines.
