Job summary

Automotive Technology Experts (ATE) seeks a mobile Field Technician for on-site calibration, programming, and diagnostics across Crash Champions locations. Daily travel in a company vehicle is required to meet OEM standards and ensure safe, accurate repairs.

The role emphasizes customer service, documentation quality, and adherence to ATE protocols. ATE offers ongoing training and growth within a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

2–5+ years automotive service and diagnostics experience.
Strong ADAS knowledge and calibration skills (levels 1–3).
Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Travel daily to service locations in a company vehicle.
Perform diagnostics, calibrations, programming, scanning, and wiring repairs.
Document services per OEM guidelines and obtain approvals before work.
Conduct test drives to verify system functionality and outcomes.
Provide professional customer service and escalate issues as needed.
Maintain and secure tools and vehicles; participate in team meetings and training.
