Job summary

Automotive Technology Experts (ATE) seeks a mobile Field Technician to deliver diagnostic, programming, and calibration services across Crash Champions locations. Daily travel in a company vehicle, performing ADAS calibrations and OEM-compliant work with thorough documentation is required.

You will diagnose a wide range of vehicle systems, perform programming, and verify repairs with test drives, while maintaining safety and customer service excellence in fast-paced shop environments.

Qualifications

2-5+ years automotive experience servicing and diagnosing vehicle systems.
Strong knowledge of ADAS calibrations (levels 1-3) and electrical services.
Ability to read OEM service information and wiring schematics.
Proficient with interpreting vehicle health scans and programming modules.

Responsibilities

Deliver fast and accurate diagnostic, programming, and calibration services.
Travel daily to service locations in a company vehicle.
Document services clearly and obtain approvals per OEM guidelines.
Perform test drives to verify system function and repair outcomes.
Provide excellent customer service and professional communication.
