Job summary

Automotive Technology Experts (ATE) seeks a Field Technician to provide fast and accurate diagnostic, programming, and calibration services at Crash Champions locations. This role requires daily travel to customer sites in a company-provided vehicle and strict adherence to OEM standards for safety and quality.

You will diagnose, calibrate, and document findings, ensuring only required services are performed. Proactive communication with shops and internal teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of automotive diagnostic experience.
• Strong ADAS and electrical service knowledge.
• Ability to read OEM wiring diagrams and service information.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast and accurate ATE service support to customers.
• Travel daily to service locations in a company-provided vehicle.
• Perform diagnostics, calibrations, programming, scanning, and wire/connector repair.
• Ensure all services are documented per OEM guidelines and approved prior to execution.
• Conduct test drives to verify system functionality and repair outcomes.
• Provide excellent customer service and professional communication with shops and stakeholders.
• Maintain and secure ATE-issued tools, equipment, and vehicles.
• Stay current on ATE and OEM protocols through training.
