Job summary

Automotive Technology Experts (ATE) is seeking a mobile Field Technician to deliver high‑quality diagnostic, programming, and calibration services for Crash Champions locations. The role requires daily travel to customer sites in a company‑provided vehicle.

You will perform diagnostics, calibrations (ADAS levels 1–3), wiring repairs, and testing to ensure OEM standards and safe vehicle operation. Strong communication with shops and customers is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years automotive experience servicing and diagnosing a wide range of vehicle systems.
• Strong knowledge of ADAS, calibrations (levels 1–3), programming, diagnostics, and wiring repairs.
• Proficient with electrical diagnostic tools (multimeters, power probes, resistors).

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast and accurate diagnostic, programming, and calibration services.
• Travel daily to service locations in a company-provided vehicle.
• Document services per OEM guidelines and obtain approvals before execution.
• Conduct test drives to verify system functionality.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate with shops and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain and secure tools and equipment; complete final billing per MCP guidelines.
• Occasionally work Saturdays as market needs.
