Job summary

Automotive Technology Experts (ATE) is seeking a mobile Field Technician to deliver high-quality diagnostic, programming, and calibration services at Crash Champions locations. You will travel daily in a company vehicle, perform OEM-guided calibrations, and document work accurately to ensure safety and reliability.

The role requires 2–5+ years of automotive experience, strong ADAS knowledge, and proficiency with electrical test tools.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of automotive experience servicing and diagnosing a wide range of vehicle systems.
• Strong working knowledge of ADAS and electrical services, including calibrations (levels 1–3), programming, diagnostics, and wire/connector repair.
• Proficient with electrical diagnostic equipment such as multimeters, power probes, and resistors.
• Ability to perform and interpret vehicle health scans using both factory and non-factory tools.
• Reading OEM and aftermarket service information and wiring schematics.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast and accurate ATE service support to internal and external customers.
• Travel daily to assigned service locations in a company-provided vehicle.
• Perform a range of vehicle services including diagnostics, calibrations, programming, scanning, and wire/connector repair.
• Ensure all services—particularly calibrations—are clearly documented, required per OEM guidelines, and approved prior to execution, in alignment with company policies.
• Conduct test drives to verify system functionality and confirm successful repair outcomes.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating promptly and professionally with shops and internal stakeholders.
