Job summary

Automotive Technology Experts (ATE) is seeking a Field Technician to deliver high-quality diagnostic, programming, and calibration services at Crash Champions locations. This mobile, field-based role requires daily travel in a company vehicle and strict adherence to OEM standards and safety.

You'll work with ADAS systems, diagnostics, and calibrations, documenting results and ensuring only necessary services are performed.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of automotive experience servicing various vehicle systems.
• Strong knowledge of ADAS and electrical services, including calibrations, programming, and diagnostics.
• Proficient with electrical diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to interpret OEM and aftermarket service information and wiring schematics.
• Capable of programming vehicle modules.
• Clear, professional communication skills.
• Proficient with Outlook, Teams, and Word.
• Willing to travel daily with a company vehicle.
• Saturday availability on a rotating basis.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast and accurate ATE service support to internal and external customers.
• Travel daily to assigned service locations in a company-provided vehicle.
• Perform diagnostics, calibrations, programming, scanning, and wire/connector repair.
• Ensure all services are clearly documented, per OEM guidelines, and approved before execution.
• Conduct test drives to verify system functionality and repair outcomes.
• Provide excellent customer service by handling difficult situations with transparency and urgency.
• Communicate professionally with shops and internal stakeholders; escalate when needed.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions; maintain tools and equipment.
• Stay current on ATE and OEM protocols through required training.
• Complete final billing per MCP guidelines.
