Job summary

Automotive Technology Experts (ATE) is seeking a Field Technician to provide diagnostic, programming, and calibration services at Crash Champions locations, traveling daily in a company vehicle. Calibrations must align with OEM standards and thorough documentation is required.

The role requires 2–5+ years of automotive experience, strong ADAS knowledge, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with a valid driver’s license and a focus on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of automotive experience servicing and diagnosing a wide range of vehicle systems.
• Strong working knowledge of ADAS and electrical services, including calibrations (levels 1–3), programming, diagnostics, and wire/connector repair.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast and accurate ATE service support to internal and external customers.
• Travel daily to assigned service locations in a company-provided vehicle.
• Perform diagnostics, calibrations, programming, scanning, and wire/connector repair on vehicles.
• Ensure services are documented per OEM guidelines and approved prior to execution.
• Conduct test drives to verify system functionality and confirm successful repair outcomes.
• Escalate concerns when needed and maintain professional communication with shops and stakeholders.
• Maintain and secure ATE tools and equipment; participate in trainings.
