Job summary

Automotive Technology Experts (ATE) is seeking a Field Technician to deliver diagnostic, programming, and calibration services at Crash Champions locations. This mobile, field-based role requires daily travel to customer sites in a company-provided vehicle, with safety and OEM standards guiding all work.

You will perform diagnostics, calibrations, scanning, and programming, document outcomes clearly, and maintain equipment while providing excellent customer service and accurate reporting on site.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of automotive experience servicing and diagnosing a wide range of vehicle systems.
• Strong working knowledge of ADAS and electrical services, including calibrations (levels 1–3).
• Proficient with electrical diagnostic equipment such as multimeters, power probes, and resistors.
• Ability to perform and interpret vehicle health scans using factory or non-factory tools.
• Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Willingness to travel daily to service locations with a company-provided vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast and accurate ATE service support to internal and external customers.
• Travel daily to assigned service locations in a company-provided vehicle.
• Perform diagnostics, calibrations, programming, scanning, and wire/connector repair.
• Document services per OEM guidelines and obtain approvals prior to execution.
• Conduct test drives to verify system functionality and repair outcomes.
• Provide excellent customer service and escalate concerns when needed.
