Job summary

Comcast is seeking a Retail Service Associate in Everett to deliver best-in-class customer experiences across mobile and services. You will activate devices, educate customers, resolve issues, and support store operations. This role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and technology enthusiasm.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, be able to work a full-time, variable schedule, and stand for long periods. Base pay starts at $20.88 per hour with potential bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work a full-time, variable schedule including days/evenings weekends/holidays.
• Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes and stand/walk store areas.

Responsibilities

• Activate devices and educate customers on features and options.
• Handle mobile activations, education, and troubleshooting with customers.
• Troubleshoot device/service issues and assist with account security/password resets.
• Maintain clean store, inventory, and back-of-house spaces; assist with exchanges and returns.
• On-Demand Delivery, BAPIS & XM Upsell: upsell accessories and ensure smooth handoffs.
