Job summary

Lucid Behavior is seeking a dedicated behavior technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and young adults in Spokane and surrounding areas. The role includes travel to clients’ homes, with a mix of clinic and in-home sessions, and mileage reimbursement.

You will work under a BCBA/LABA and help advance communication, attention, social skills, memory, and academics while reducing challenging behaviors. Eligible to work in the United States and with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work in home and community settings with clients of varying needs.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.
• Physical ability to perform duties (lifting up to 50 pounds, sit on floor, run, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA/LABA supervision.
• Document sessions and progress and communicate with parents/caregivers.
• Follow ABA therapy plan and implement behavior interventions.
