Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care in Lynnwood, WA is seeking a part-time Certified Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes or community settings. You will implement ABA-driven programs and track progress under supervision.

The role requires driving to client locations with a valid license, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and flexibility with scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must hold a certified behavior technician certificate.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Two+ years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in their homes and/or a community environment
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with a developmental disability in a home or community setting
• Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst
• Provide adequate feedback regarding progress to supervisor
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals
• Track client progress and program data
• Understands and adheres toCompanyPolicy and Procedures
• Observes confidentiality and safeguards all patient-related information
