Job summary

Empower Behavior Solutions is seeking Certified Behavior Technicians (CBTs) in Spokane, WA for 20-32 hours/week, providing 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes and schools. The role focuses on helping a 13-year-old with ABA services after 3:00 p.m., offering competitive pay and supportive supervision.

Training for CBT certification is not provided. Ideal candidates are compassionate, experienced CBTs with reliable transportation and strong communication skills, ready to work in home and school

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs.
• Deliver services in clients' homes and school settings.
• Collect accurate session data and complete documentation within 24 hours of each session.
• Communicate professionally with families, school staff, and supervising clinicians.
• Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment for every client.
• Follow all company policies while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
