Cedar Healthcare, part of 603 Healthcare, is seeking an MNA to support safe medication administration and quality resident care alongside licensed nursing staff.

You’ll document medication administration, observe residents for changes, and communicate concerns promptly. Weekend Baylor shifts are available; full-time with modified compensation options and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current nursing-assistant certification.
• Current Medication Aide certification.
• CPR certification.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Understanding of medical and pharmacological terminology.
• Minimum one year of healthcare experience or two years of medication-aide experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer permitted medications in accordance with physician orders and facility procedures.
• Observe residents for changes in condition or adverse reactions.
• Accurately document medication administration.
• Follow written and verbal medication-management instructions.
• Obtain vital signs and complete medication-related tasks.
• Maintain safe and secure medication storage.
• Stock medication carts and handle discontinued medications.
• Communicate resident concerns promptly to licensed nursing staff.
• Assist with resident-care duties as assigned and within your role.

Compensation:

$23 - $28, based on experience + Baylor pay and full-time modified compensation options

Sign On Bonus:

Full-Time $2,500 | Part-time $1,750

About the Role

As an MNA, you'll work alongside our licensed nursing team to support safe medication administration and quality resident care.

You’ll administer permitted medications under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, accurately document medication administration, observe residents for changes or reactions, and communicate concerns promptly.
