Job summary

Info-Matrix Corporation in Harrisburg, PA is seeking a proactive, execution-driven Project Manager to lead end-to-end planning, coordination, and monitoring of Medicaid MMIS Provider Management Module interfaces.

You will serve as the pivotal bridge between client stakeholders, vendors, integration teams, and PMO leadership, ensuring on-time delivery, risk control, and clear status reporting across all interface workstreams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years IT project management experience.
• Active PMP certification in good standing.
• Healthcare/MMIS or state government domain experience.
• Interface & integration familiarity (APIs, EDI, SFTP).
• SDLC knowledge across Agile/Scrum and Waterfall.
• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Willingness to be on-site in Harrisburg, PA.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, execute, and monitor MMIS interface workstreams.
• Lead Joint Interface Working Groups and CMS certification support.
• Track risks, issues, and changes through governance processes.
• Provide weekly dashboards and executive-level status reporting.
• Coordinate on-site participation for client meetings as needed.
