Job summary

Info-Matrix Corporation seeks a Senior Business Analyst to modernize MMIS capabilities. The candidate will craft BRDs, lead JAD sessions, and drive requirements across stakeholders, including end-users, developers, and QA teams.

Priority is given to locals in the Harrisburg area. Onsite presence 1x/week is required; role focuses on client environments and SDLC/BABOK aligned processes with AI-assisted documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong MMIS experience in a CLIENT environment (state agency perspective).
• Proven ability to write clear BRDs and specifications.
• Experience leading JAD sessions with end-users and developers.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and BABOK frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Management & Analysis

• Identify, gather, and document businessrequirements for the MMIS Modernization initiative.
• Track requirement changes from originalproject scope through Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions to finalmodule-specific requirements.
• ConductJAD sessions involvingend-users, business analysts, software developers, and QA teams.
• Perform business systems planning, proceduraldevelopment, and implementation validation.

Documentation & Delivery

• Produce comprehensive Business RequirementsDocuments (BRDs) encompassing background, process flows, business requirements,and operational impacts.
• Manage business contingency planning andproblem-solving forcomplex system modernizations.
• Ensure all requirements align with theSoftware Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards.
• Generate effective AI promptstoassistin the creation ofMMIS businessrequirements,BRD sections, and test scenarios.
